Cloudier Scotland & Ireland
High pressure stays to the east of Britain, centred around the southern Baltic Sea. Generally dry with sunshine.
A cool easterly wind affects southern Britain, again taking the edge off the temperatures around coasts.
A southerly breeze for Scotland and Ireland, where a weak front to the west & north brings cloud. A risk of patchy rain for the Western Isles.
Today's top temperatures 8C near coasts in the east & south, up to 10 or 11C in central areas by afternoon, and a few favoured sheltered spots nearer 13C.
Have a great day.
