Patchy rain moves into western Scotland and western Wales as well as southwest England. Becoming increasingly misty here. Brighter weather follows into Ireland. Drier to the east with some bright or sunny spells.

Tonight stays damp and misty in western areas of the UK. Drier in Ireland and across eastern England and eastern Scotland.
