Strong high pressure stays in charge across the British Isles today, centred toward the southwest. Fair weather and light winds for England & Wales, with plenty of sunshine, but beware of local stubborn fog patches.
A southwesterly breeze continues to affect Scotland, with some low cloud and drizzle in the northwest. Dry with sun for eastern Scotland.
A frosty start, then today's top temperatures reaching 4 to 7C, coolest where fog lingers. Locally a few degrees higher in northern Scotland.
Have a great day.
