Mostly dry and feeling cool in the brisk wind
Good morning,
High pressure stays over Scandinavia today, and that results in the UK and Irland experiencing a stiff southeast to easterly wind. That wind is going to be feeling chilly, especially where your more exposed to it such as over eastern and southern coasts and hills.
The vast majority of places are going to be dry. There will be some bright or sunny spells for most, but probably more cloud than there has been over the last couple of days. A few showers could trouble the far southwest of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, although any rainfall barely registering in the gauges.
More cloud overnight and the brisk east to southeast wind continues to blow. There could be a few spots of drizzle affecting eastern coasts and hills.
