Cold for all with showers or outbreaks of rain on eastern coasts
It's going to be another chilly day across all parts of the country. Low pressure to the east allows a north to northwest wind to blow showers onto eastern coasts of Scotland and England, fewer of these further inland.
Further west it will be a brighter morning. Still feeling cold here with a scattering of showers over hills and coasts exposed to the wind. Generally though it is going to be brighter with sunny spells.
