Chilly for all, showers in the east

Good morning,

Another chilly day ahead. Low pressure to the east will be feeding some showers into eastern England. These are going to be generally well scattered, although there could be an odd moderate or heavier one. A tendency for the showers to fade for many this afternoon.
 

Further west and north the day is going to be chilly. However, it is going to be bright with broken cloud. many will be seeing some reasonable spells of sunshine, these extending through Ireland too.
