A band of heavy rain in western England, drier in Ireland and Scotland A dry start to the morning in Ireland, northern England, and Scotland. Rain across southwest England, Wales, and the Midlands, turning heavy at times. Some rain too across southern coasts of England. Drier in central regions.

In the afternoon, the band of heavy rain spreads further north from the Midlands, but stays persistent over Wales and southwest counties. Rain across some central regions of England, some heavy bursts mixed in. Dry with some sunny spells in Ireland, Scotland, East Anglia, and parts of eastern England. Feeling humid in the warm temperatures.In the afternoon, the rain becomes heavier, with some patchier showers spreading to the Midlands and Wales. A few sunny spells here. Cloud will start to build and thicken in the south, but staying dry. Rain in eastern Scotland, spreading across the Central Belt later on. Mild temperatures, but feeling cooler in the rain.

Overnight, the heavy rain continues to persist across northern England, Wales, and southwest England. Some patchy rain in the Midlands, and some rain along the southeast coast of England. Dry elsewhere, with some clear skies in central England, Ireland, and western Scotland. Some heavy showers across the Central Belt.
