A chilly breeze
Frequent showers north & west

Snow across the Scottish Highlands

Good morning,

It will feel rather chilly in a fresh north-westerly breeze today. Early cloud and scattered showers in the south will clear, with sunny skies spreading across the Midlands, southern and eastern Britain.

Frequent showers for Scotland and Northern Ireland this morning, some hail and thunder. Snow across the Scottish Highlands, locally to low levels. Showers will come and go across north-west England and north Wales, again wintry over the hills, and may extend into the Midlands by afternoon.

Temperatures between 4 and 7C today. A chilly night ahead, but it will lead to a bright and dry Saturday for England and Wales, clouding over from the west, and rain will affect Scotland.

Have a great day.
Garry
