Generally cloudy for most of England and Wales though with sunshine, showers for Cumbria to Lancashire running into Clywd to Powys through the morning 15C, midlands to south and southeast England sunshine and scattered showers, 20 to 23C, warm and humid Sussex to Norfolk. Ccloud through the evening here, with rain becomng prolonged and heavy, likely thundery overnight. Dry with clear spells overnight for most of Scotland 3C.
