Saturday 31 August 2024 Cool and sunny to start for most 7C Argyll to Stirling, across Derry and Antrim, 10C Borders, Northumberland to Cumbria through Cheshire to Powys, 13 elsewhere, continuing dry and sunny through the morning, 18 to 20 early afternoon, likely 22 Moray, Derry, Cheshire into Clwydd, Oxfordshire to Leicestershire 22C, continuing dry and mostly sunny through the afternoon, though becoming increasingly cloudy from Kent to Sussex through the afternoon, later into Berkshire to Shropshire with a fresening easterly wind along and near North Sea coasts Sunshine to mid-evening across Derry and Antrim, western Isles to Highland central and eastern Scotland including Northern Isles though temperatures starting to fall. Dry generally fine with clear skies overnight 4 to 6C by dawn across Scotland, 12C elsewhere though with increasing and continual cloud for much of England temperatures 12-15C outbreaks of rain into Kent to Hampshire through to Buckinghamshire to stat Sunday.
