Saturday 03 August 2024 Cloudy with patchy rain through N.Ireland and western Scotland to start with outhbreaks of rain persiting through the morning, and later running across remaining central and eastern Scotland, cool to start 7C, later 15C with a fresh SW wind. Cloudy with outbreaks of rain for a time through the morning running across midlands and southwest England, later into eastern areas though the afternoon clearing eastern coasts later into the afternoon, 17C to start, 21-23C generally during the afternoon, locally 26 southeast for a time. Once cloud and rain clears into the evening a dry and sunny finish to follow 21C. Remaining dry overnight with variable cloud for most of central, southern and eastern England 13 to 15C at lowest, elsewhere cloudy Wales, N.Ireland and into westrn Scotland with outbreaks of rain to follow, 11C generally, eastern Scotland to northeast England mainly dry with clear skies 6-8C at lowest.
