Lots of dry weather across Europe

Today
A very cold day across central and eastern Europe Quite stormy in the Mediterranean today with strong winds, frequent heavy showers and heavy periods of rain. Some rain may affect the far south of France but generally a dry day across. Dry with lots of sunshine for Germany, England, Belgium, Holland and across Denmark into Germany and Poland. Cold with rain across Italy and snow over high ground. Bitterly cold but dry and sunny across the Adriatic Region, Austria and the Czech Republic. Lots of sunshine too across Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, The Ukraine and Hungary. Rain is expected across the Baltic States with snow across Russia into parts of Finland. Mainly dry across Sweden and Norway. Fine and sunny across Iberia but some rain, sleet and snow may affect the far east of Spain. Strong winds are expected in the central Mediterranean.

The very cold weather continues across much of Europe today with sub zero temperatures from Germany eastward. Rain, sleet and snow lingers near eastern Spain with western Spain and Portugal fair and dry. Another day of strong winds, heavy rain and heavy showers across the Mediterranean. Rain and snow is expected across Italy. Expected across France into England, The Low Countries, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic into Poland. Sunny but very cold across the Adriatic region into Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. Cloudy across Greece with rain, sleet and snow. Fine and dry again across Turkey. Freezing rain is expected across the Ukraine with heavy snow across Russia, the Baltic States into Finland. Sunny and dry for Norway and Sweden today. Very windy across the Mediterranean.
