A breezy and unsettled spell of weather for northwestern Europe
Scattered showers for Portugal and northwestern parts of Spain, staying dry with good spells of sunshine to the east. Heavy rain clears to the south of Italy leaving a sunny and mostly dry day here. Heavy rain spreads across Greece and into western Turkey. Heavy showers for southern coastal regions of Turkey too.
Rain clears eastern France to leave much of the day dry and bright though another area of rain arrives to the west later. More persistent rain may affect central regions. Scattered showers with some spells of sunshine for the Low Countries, Germany and Poland. Snow and rain clear away from Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic to leave a sunny and dry afternoon.
A breezy and wet day for Denmark. Outbreaks of wintry precipitation arrive over the Baltic States later. Breezy for Finland and northern Sweden while a band of sleet and snow spreads northwest across Finland, Sweden and Norway. Staying drier but cloudy to the north and west.
A band of very heavy rain moves into northwest Spain and across Portugal on Sunday. A few showers ahead of this but mostly dry and bright for the southeastern half of Spain. Dry and fine across the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia and Italy with just isolated showers affecting western parts of Italy. Dry and sunny for Greece and Turkey too after early showers clear away from the south.
Heavy outbreaks of rain affect northern France and much of Germany though this eases as the day develops. Cloudy with showers for the Low Countries. Dry and fine for Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. A band of rain and sleet spreads across the Czech Republic and Poland but a drier spell follows this.
Another breezy and wet day for Denmark with outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow. Mostly cloudy with wintry showers for the Baltic States and Finland. Brighter for Sweden and Norway but with frequent wintry showers here too.
