Heavy thunderstorms for Italy and Switzerland, breezy northern Europe

Thursday
Some showery rain in the far north of Spain today. Fair for the rest of Spain and Portugal with lots of sunshine. Some heavy showers in the Balearics and these extend to Corsica and Sardinia. Italy will have rain some some heavy showers in central and northern areas whilst the south stays dry. Greece should be dry and sunny as will be Turkey.
Rain and showers affecting much of France, perhaps a little drier in the south. Breezy for the Low Countries with some showery rain here. Windy in Germany but dry, and staying windy but fair in Poland too. More sunshine in Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland.
Denmark stays windy and dry with lots of sunshine. Fair across the Baltic States but breezy. Finland will have a fair day with plenty of sunshine. The fine weather continues through Sweden and Norway.

Friday
Showers again affecting the far north of Spain. There is a risk of heavy showers in northeast Spain too. For other areas it should be dry with sunny spells. Scattered showers in the Balearics. Fair for Corsica and Sardinia as well as Italy with plenty of sunshine. Greece and Turkey will be dry and fine, again with good spells of sunshine here.
Some rain in central and southern France, fair in the north. Cloud and rain to come through the Low Countries. The rain affecting western parts of Germany whilst dry in the east. Poland is going to be breezy and bright. Hungary is dry with sunny spells and a few showers affect Austria and Switzerland.
Denmark stays breezy again but should be fair with sunny spells. Plenty of sunshine in the Baltic States and dry too. Remaining dry and sunny in Finland. More sunshine to come across Sweden. Some showers in western and northern Norway, but sunny spells too.
