Summery aross Spain

Today
A warm and summery type of day is expected across Portugal and Spain with sunny skies. Lots of sunshine too and dry across France into Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark and most of Poland. Expect some dense fog patches as well in the morning. A few, sunny day to come from the Balearics eastward into Sardinia and Italy. An area of heavy rain will affect eastern Finland, the Baltic States, Belarus and the Ukraine with heavy snow across Russia. Lots of dry, sunny weather is forecast for Turkey, Bulgaria and the Adriatic Region. Some rain may affect the far south of Greece today with heavy showers from Scilly eastward to Crete. Cold but dry and sunny across Norway and Sweden. Windy across the eastern Mediterranean today with a strong east wind through the Straits of Gibraltar. A strong north west wind prevails across eastern Europe and Scandinavia.



Monday
The weather is set to continue warm and dry across Portugal and Spain. High pressure will keep western and central parts of Europe settled. Lots of fine, dry weather is forecast from France into England, The Low Countries, into Germany and Poland. Dry as well across Switzerland, Austria and The Czech Republic. Rain will spread into Norway during the day. Cold but dry today across Sweden while snow is expected for eastern parts of Finland and it looks heavy across Russia. Patchy rain to affect the Baltic States. Across the Ukraine expect a mixture of rain, sleet and snow. Lots of dry, sunny weather is expected across Italy and across the Adriatic Region and the Balkan into Turkey. Further heavy showers and rain are expected form near Scilly eastward to Crete. Quite breezy across the eastern Mediterranean.
