A cold front brings some cloud and patchy rain to northern Europe by Friday.
Thursday Dry, sunny and warm across Spain, Portugal and the Balearics today. Most of Italy is also settled though the far south and Sicily still seeing some developing showers. A dry and fine day through the Balkan States. Scattered showers across Greece and Turkey. France will see another dry and fine day though it will become breezier along the northern coasts. A fair day too for the Low Countries, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Eastern Europe will also be dry with plenty of sunshine. Denmark is dry and fine as well as the Baltic States. More unsettled through Norway into northern regins of Sweden with showery rain. Southern Sweden is dry yet breezy. Largely dry across Finland though the odd shower cannot be ruled out.
Friday Another fine day across Spain and Portugal. The Balearics also seeing dry and sunny weather. Much of Italy will be dry with plenty of warm sunshine, though far southern areas again will see a few developing showers. Greece sees heavy showers, mostly towards the mainland, while the islands stay largely dry. Turkey is largely dry. Some patchy rain along the northern coasts of France which push across Belgium and Holland. Sowers moves in across northern Germany, though southern areas stay dry and fine. Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the rest of eastern Europe are sunny and dry. Patchy rain clearing Denmark from the north through the day. Feeling cooler here too. Possible showers in the Baltics, though mostly dry. Windy across southern regions of Norway, Sweden and Finland though largely dry. Northern areas will see outbreaks of rain.
