Rain moves into France and Germany by Tuesday
Monday Fair for Spain and Portugal with plenty of sunshine and dry weather. Lots of sunshine too in the central Mediterranean, extending through Italy. Greece will have showers and some of these heavy and thundery in central and eastern Greece. France is going to be staying dry and sunny although some morning mist and fog patches clearing. The Low Countries and much of Germany will be dry and fair, although some cloud and spots of rain in the far north. Poland will be bright and dry with plenty of sunshine. Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland will be dry and fair with more sunshine. Cloudy and damp in Denmark with periods of rain. Fair and breezy in the Baltic States but some broken cloud and sunny spells in Finland too. Sweden will be dry and bright with plenty of sunshine. Cloud and some rain in southwest Norway, showers in northern Norway.
Tuesday Fine weather continues across much of southern Europe, with plenty of sunshine for Spain and Portugal, although northern Spain will see showers. Sunny for the Balearics, southern France, Corsica and Sardinia plus Italy. Odd showers for Italy and western Turkey. More frequent showers for Cyprus. A cold front brings rain and showers for northern France and the Low Countries. Starting dry for Germany, then rain spreads in from the northwest and winds increase. Rain develops for Switzerland later in the day too. Staying dry for Austria, Hungary and eastern countries. Heavy rain moves across Denmark and southern Sweden. Rain on and off for the Low Countries. Showery rain clears for Finland. Showery rain much of the day for western Norway, drier further inland and mostly dry for northern Sweden.
