Hot and fair for much of Europe, some central Thunderstorms, cooler more unsettled Scandinavia


Sunday
A dry and warm day for Iberia. A mostly dry and sunny day for France and feeling warm in south. High pressure over the British Isles with best of the sunshine in east. Dry and sunny for the Low Countries. Some early showers over Germany but soon a sunny and dry day will follow. Heavy showers for Poland.
Mostly dry and bright for Denmark. Showers over Norway and Sweden. Heavy showers for Finland, longer spells of heavy rain for the Baltic States and Belarus. Dry and bright for Ukraine, with some heavy showers in northwest later. A dry start for Switzerland and Austria, but heavy showers developing through the day. Heavy afternoon showers for Czechia and Slovakia. Drier brighter and warm over Hungary, Slovenia, Romania and the Balkans. A sunny, warm and dry day for the Mediterranean with only a few showers for the high ground of Italy.


Monday
Torrential thunderstorms developing over central and northern Spain and Portugal. Hot and dry in southern areas of Spain and Portugal. The Balearics will be fine and dry too. A fair day for Corsica and Sardinia. Fair in Greece and Turkey, lots of sunshine here.
Sunny, dry and very warm in France. Fine too for the Low Countries and Germany, lots of sunshine here and staying dry. Further sunshine for Poland, dry throughout. Austria will be dry and fair, more sunshine here. Fine for Switzerland too.
Denmark will be dry with more warm sunshine to come here. Breezy and cool in the Baltic States as showery outbreaks of rain pass east. Finland will be breezy and cool with sunny spells and showers. Fair for Norway and Sweden, sunny here.
