A developing system will bring rain and snow in south. More settled Central Europe.
Friday A low pressure system will develop over the Iberia Peninsula with heavy rain and possibly snow over high ground in Spain. Windy too. Drier and brighter over France as high pressure builds in with plenty of sunny spells away from the south. Breezy over the British Isles with outbreaks of rain mostly in northwest, becoming gradually milder. A mostly dry and bright day over the Low Countries. Same for Germany and Poland, but there expect some more cloudy in the north with outbreaks of rain, and possibly snow over north Poland. A low pressure system over Denmark will give some heavy snow for the country as well as southern Norway and southern Sweden. A dry bright start for the Baltic States, but some light snow arriving in north later. Some early snow over Switzerland and Austria but this will give place to a dry and bright day. Dry with some sunny spells over Czechia and Slovakia. Further south Hungary and Romania may see some snow up to midday back it will become drier later. Some snow will run down the Balkans later. The Balearics will see a dry start but soon rain will arrive from the west along with strong winds, rain possibly heavy. Same for Sardinia and Corsica but any rain will be lighter. A cloudy day over Italy with some light rain later in the evening. Brighter over Greece with sunny spells in the north. Some light rain in places over Turkey with best of the sunshine in west. A mix of sunny spells and light rain over Cyprus.
Saturday A most dry and bright day over Portugal and Spain with long sunny spells and light winds. Some early fog in France with a dry and sunny day to follow for most. Windy and cloudy over the British Isles with outbreaks of rain and possible gales in exposure. A fair day over the Low Countries, but cloudier and breezier in the evening. Dry and mostly sunny over Germany, while some snow is expected over Poland. Light rain over Denmark, with some snow over southern Norway and southern Sweden. A low pressure system over the Baltic States will give outbreaks of snow in the morning, but clearing later. Over Central Europe it will be a dry day, starting with fog patches, but sunny spells will follow for most. Best of the sunshine is expected over Switzerland and Austria in the morning, becoming cloudier in the afternoon. On the other side, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary will see a cloudy start to the day, but it will become brighter with sunny spells later. The Balearics will see a day and bright day with sunny spells,. Similar conditions are expected for Sardinia and Corsica and most of Italy. A cloudy day over Greece and Turkey with outbreaks of rain or sleet, and hill snow along with strong winds. It will be mostly cloudy over Cyprus with outbreaks of rain.
