A milder week ahead across the continent
Sunday High pressure extends across central and southwestern Europe bringing fine weather through Spain, much of France, the Alps, Italy and many eastern countries. Unsettled toward the southeast of Europe with heavy rain and showers for Greece, rain and snow for Turkey. Showery for Cyprus. Blustery for northern Europe, but turning milder with southwesterlies. A little rain for Belgium and the Netherlands into northwest Germany. Patchy drizzle northwestern France. Windy for Denmark with rain fairly persistent. Heavy rain in southwest Norway, rain also moving into southern Sweden, some snowfalls. Patchy snow in Finland.
Monday Risk of rain for northern Iberia, but staying fine for southern Europe through much of Spain, Portugal, southern France and Italy with lots of sunshine. A better day for Greece and Turkey, some showers for Cyprus and Crete. A cold front brings a swathe of rain through central France, Germany and into Poland. Mostly dry for southeastern countries. Showery for the Low Countries and Denmark as rain clears. A wild day through northern Europe as Storm Isha moves toward Norway. Heavy rain and snow for Norway and Sweden, also pushing into Finland.
