A cold brisk wind across Scandinavia and northern Europe.
Friday Spain, Portugal and the Balearics are dry, fine and very warm still. Much of Italy will also benefit from largely sunny, dry and warm conditions, though the odd isolated shower cannot be ruled out in the far south. A few developing showers possible over Greece. Dry and fine across Turkey. High pressure sits over France again on Friday bringing dry and fine weather here. Possible showers brushing the coastal regions of Holland though Belgium should be mainly dry and warm. Southern Germany is dry, warm and fine, though northern areas seeing more cloud, possible showers as well as blustery winds. Dry and fine across Switzerland and Austria. Windy through Poland but dry. Dry, fine and warm aross eastern Europe. Windy, cloudy with patchy rain across Demark today. Windy and blustery with spells of heavy rain affecting the Baltic States. Largely dry through Finland. Some rain across parts of southern Sweden with windy conditions in the far south here. Mixed through Norway.
Saturday Staying warm and sunny across much of the Mediterranean into the weekend. A few showers across southwest Greece. Turkey is also dry and fine. France still influenced by high pressure and keeps the weather settled here. Austria and Switzerland is the same. Windy across Germany and Poland where there is some rain across northern into cnetral areas. Wet and breezy through Holland though drier across Begium. The Balkans as well as Hungary are looking dry, fine and warm. A cooler day yet drier across Denmark. Windy and wet to start through the Baltics but the rain is expected to clear. Wet and very windy as well as gusty across southern Finland. Less so further north here. Windy though dry and cold feeling across Sweden. Showers affecting the north and west of Norway. Drier further south.
