Few showers central and southern Europe but mostly fair, unsettled Scandinavia


Tuesday
Fine for most of Spain and Portugal, although some showery rain in the north of Spain. Sunshine for the Balearics. Local showers forming for Corsica and Sardinia. Showery for much of Italy. Unsettled for the Balkans and Greece, with showers and thunderstorms forming. Drier over the Greek islands. Fine for Turkey and Cyprus.
A cold front moves across northern France and the Low Countries bringing a spell of rain, showers follow. Fine and warm in southern France and much of Germany. Showers developing over the Alps, some heavy by afternoon in Austria. Scattered showers for Hungary and Czechia. Dry for Romania.
Warm and humid for Poland into the Baltic region with southerly winds. Dry for Sweden and Finland with warm sunshine. Heavy rain affects Norway as a front sweeps in from the west.


Wednesday
Some showers for the east of Spain today, but mostly dry with good spells of sunshine extending into Portugal. The Balearics will be dry with plenty of sunshine. Remaining dry in Corsica and Sardinia. Showers afecting central and southern Italy, but sunny spells in the north and dry. Greece may have a few sowers, although largely dry. Hit for Turkey, lots of sunshine here.
Fair in France, sunny and warm. Staying dry over the Low Countries and Germany as well as western Poland. Some showery rain in eastern Poland, this extending to Hungary. Switzerland and Austria are likely to be dry.
Sunshine and showers in Denmark. Heavier bursts of rain across the Baltic States. Finland will be bright and breezy. Some rain in Sweden, heavy in the south. Further bursts of rain in Norway, although tending to get brighter.
