Local heavy showers eastern Spain

High pressure extends over northwestern Europe bringing dry weather to many places. A risk of some further thundery showers in eastern Spain and particularly over the Balearics. Dry and sunny for Italy, Greece and Turkey. Some thundery showers for Cyprus.
A weakening front slipping through central-eastern Europe brings patchy rain to Czechia, Slovakia and southern Poland. Chilly northerly air from northern Germany into the Baltic region. Milder further south and west over central Europe.
Dry for France and the Low Countries. Fine with light winds for Denmark, southern Norway and Sweden. Windy further north across Scandinavia. Showery for northwest Norway. Scattered showers into the Baltic states.

Sunday
High pressure dominates over Europe with plenty of dry weather. Local thundery showers in eastern Spain, may just nudge into the south of France. Drier elsewhere across Spain and Portugal. Dry with sunshine for Italy and most of Greece. Breezy for the Greek islands and Turkey with local showers.
Sunshine and variable cloud for France, the Low Countries, Germany and the Alps. Some morning fog which could last all day in some areas. Fine weather extends into eastern Europe, but a cool brisk breeze affects Poland. Windy for the southern Baltic.
Breezy with brief showers for Denmark. Rain affects western Norway, snow for northern Sweden and Finland, rain near to coasts.
