Persistent frost for Norway and Sweden with further snow in high latiudes. Snow also for Estonia to to Poland, including into Belarus, temperature 0 to 5C. Cloudy through Austria and Switzerlamd into Hungary Hungary to Romania with a mix of rain and snow. Generally dry thugh cold across most of France, rain clearing from south during the morning. Coudy with outbreaks of rain moving into northeast Spain and Portugal Portugal spreading southeastwards by evening. Widespread snowfall across Alps into northern Italy. Remainder of Italy through to Greece and Turkey cloudy frequent heavy often thundery showers, 15C generally.
