Torrential thunderstorms in central Europe, better in Scandinavia and the Mediterranean
Torrential thunderstorms in northern and eastern Spain. Portugal has scattered afternoon showers but should be mostly dry. Isolated thunderstorms in the Balearics, but mostly dry and sunny. Thunderstorms will be developing over the northern half of Italy, but drier to the south. Greece should be dry and hot and Turkey will be hot but with isolated storms.
Widespread torrential thunderstorms affecting France with the risk of some flooding in places. Some storms could drift into the Low Countries as well as southern Germany but on the whole it should be dry with sunny spells here. Heavy showers and thunderstorms in southern Poland, Austria and Switzerland, although drier to the north.
High pressure brings a fair day to Denmark and most of Norway. Sweden should be dry with further periods of sunshine. A cool day with sunny spells and dry in the Baltic States, whilst a few showers trouble Finland.
Showery rain in northern Portugal with a risk of showers too for northern Spain. It should be mostly dry to the south and east with some bright or sunny spells. Mostly fair in the Balearics with heavy showers for central and northern Italy. The south should be dry with sunny spells. Greece and Turkey will b dry and warm with sunshine to come here.
Heavy thunderstorms developing in much of France. These storms also affecting Switzerland, Austria and Hungary as well as southern Poland. The Low Countries may have further showers whilst northern Germany should be dry with good spells of sunshine here.
A fine day to come in Denmark with plenty of sunshine. Dry too in the Baltic States with more sunshine here. Scattered showers in northern Finland and northern Norway, although the south should be dry.
