Heavy showers in central Europe and the central Mediterranean

Friday
Spain and Portugal will have a fair day on Friday. Plenty of sunshine again and feeling hot too. Showers for the Balearics as well as Corsica and Sardinia, although they should be scattered. Fair in southern Italy with sunny spells here. Greece and Turkey will be fine and dry, more spells of sunshine to come here.
Thundery rain in southern France, showery bursts of rain in the north. Drier for other areas with sunny spells. Some patchy rain in northern Germany and the Low Countries. Dry in Poland with sunny spells. Mostly dry for Hungary although heavy and thundery showers in Switzerland and Austria.
Denmark will have some cloud and a few showers. Fair for the Baltic States and Finland, more sunny spells here. Scattered showers in Sweden but mostly dry and fair. Sunny spells too for Norway, some rain in the west.

Saturday
Fair for much of Spain and Portugal, a few showers in the far north of Spain. The Balearics are mostly dry, although a few showers could break out. Heavier showers in Corsica and Sardinia as wel as across much of Italy. Greece and Turkey will be fine with lots of sunshine.
France should be fine in the south, a few showers in the southeast. Rain affecting northern France. The Low Countries will be brighter with sunny spells. A band of rain through northern Germany and northern Poland. Some heavy thunderstorms in western Poland and southern Germany. Hungary will be dry with sunny spells. Heavy and thundery showers for Austria and Switzerland.
Fair for Denmark, plenty of sunny spells developing. The Baltic States will be bright too with some sunny spells, Finland is dry and sunny. Sweden stays dry with plenty of sunshine. Heavy showers in western parts of Norway where it becomes window.
