Rain for some.

A wet day ahead for Ireland, Wales, western parts of England, and possibly far southwest Scotland. By the afternoon, drier conditions will start to develop across Ireland. Further east, it will be mostly dry and bright, with some sunny spells over Kent. Temperatures will reach 4°C in the east but climb to 12°C in the west.

Rain will continue to move east overnight, becoming lighter and patchier as it progresses. Some sleet or snow is possible over higher ground in the north. Heavier rain is expected over southwest England later. Frost is likely in the northeast, with minimum temperatures of -1°C, while the southwest will remain milder at around 7°C.
