Cloudy and dull for many places again, a little patchy rain or drizzle moving in from the west, some local steadier rain for western Scotland and northwest England, but small amounts reaching central areas. Mostly dry in south. Eastern parts of England and Scotland may be a little brighter. Light winds in the south, breezier in the north. Highs 9 to 14C, mildest in south, cooler northwest.
Sunday night A little patchy rain pushes eastwards during the evening into the night, tending to fade out. Cloud breaking to give clearer skies for northern parts of Britain and Ireland. A touch of frost forming in sheltered spots. Breezier with local showers in far north of Scotland. Staying milder and cloudy in the south. Overnight lows ranging from 1 to 4C in the north of Britain and much of Ireland, to 5 to 9C in the Midlands and south of Britain.
Monday High pressure rebuilds across Britain and Ireland with dry weather overall. A weakening cold front clears into the Low Countries which may bring local showers in southeast England in the morning. Clearer conditions than recently with more sunshine and better visibility. Fairly cloudy near coasts in southeast England, also cloudy in northwest Scotland. Cool northerly breezes in eastern England, otherwise light winds. Highs 7 to 11C, local 13C southwest.
Tuesday High pressure stays across all of Britain and Ireland. Mostly dry conditions except for eastern coast of England, where chance of light showers. Some fog over Ireland, as well as parts of western England and Scotland, slow to clear. Eastern England under the deck of low clouds and windy, elsewhere fair amounts of sunshine and light norhteasterly winds. Maximum temperatures 8 to 10C, locally 12C Cornwall, Ireland and eastern Scotland.
