Cloudy and mostly dry although some drizzle and breezy in the north
A cloudy start to Wednesday for almost all arreas of the British Isles. There will be a few brighter spells here and there, the highest chance of these in the south. A few spots of drizzle over the high ground of Scotland, especially in the west. Breezy across northern England and Scotland too.
Bright spells in the south should be making it feel warm this afternoon here, but for most the cloud remains. Again there could be some spots of drizzle over the hills of Scotland but other places should be cloudy and dry. The best of the sunshine in the far south of England where it will feel warm.
Overnight it stays dry with drizzle fading from Scotland. A few clear spells developing, although it is likely to be later in the night before these clear spells develop in the south.
