A rather cloudy, breezy but dry day with the best of the brightness over northwest Scotland. Allow for some showers over the southern parts of England, turning to sleet in places. Afternoon temperatures at 5C in north and 7C in south. Patchy frost overnight over Scotland.

Another mostly cloudy day perhaps with some showers spreading from the east, turning wintry over high ground, and being more frequent over northern England. Best of the conditions over northwest Scotland. Tops of 5-6C over most parts.

Some showers are possible mostly over Ireland with settled and sunny conditions prevailing elsewhere. Strengthening winds in west and maximums of 4C in north and 8C in south. Widespread frost overnight away from the south.

A mostly dry and bright day with the best of the sunshine in the east. Cloudier in west perhaps with some outbreaks of rain mostly over western Ireland. Tops of 5-6C for most parts. A frosty night to follow.
