Monday night
Clear skies for central and southern Britain will allow frost to form widely again, with some low-lying fog patches too. A westerly breeze and more cloud toward the north. Some rain in northwest Scotland. Temperatures ranging from 0 to -3C in the south, Midlands & Wales, up to 2 to 6C in Scotland & Northern Ireland.
 

Tuesday
Staying generally dry beneath high pressure. Further mist and fog patches may linger in places through the day in central and southern Britain. A weak front across Scotland and Northern Ireland produces cloud and a little rain in the northwest, coupled with a westerly breeze. Frost in the morning. Highs 4 to 8C.
 

Wednesday
High pressure stays in charge during midweek, keeping things dry across much of the British Isles. Some frost and fog. Variable cloud and sun. A westerly breeze brings some rain to northwest Scotland. Easterly breezes near the English Channel coasts. Highs 4 to 9C.
