Early fog in the southeast. Clouds breaking further north provide bright and sunny spells.
Good morning,
High pressure persists, drawing Atlantic air over the Isles. Southeast England is closest to the center of high pressure, keeping things settled and producing early fog. Cooler here too. Further north, some drier air arrives which will break up clouds and facilitate bright spells, some sunny. North of the Scotland Central Belt, warmer murky Atlantic air will maintain more persistent clouds with drizzle along the west coast.
A weak front grazes Scotland's northwest coast later brining a period of rain. Little change will happen overnight.
Most areas will see temperatures near 9 or 10C. The warmer moist Atlantic air may push northern Scotland up towards 12C.
Enjoy the day! -Dan
