Dry and chilly Scandinavia, rain east and west
Cloud and rain in northern Spain and the west of Portugal today. Eastern and southern Spain should be drier with some bright or sunny spells developing. Sunny and dry in the Balearics, although a wet day in central and southern Italy with some heavy rain here. Greece is going to have a fair day with broken cloud and some sunny spells, although heavy showers trouble the west of Turkey.
Rain arrives in western France this afternoon, although eastern areas are likely to be brighter and dry with some sunny spells. A fair day to come in the Low Countries with some sunshine for Germany. Poland will be chilly with broken cloud and some bright spells. Snow affects Hungary whilst Austria and Switzerland should be mostly dry.
A chilly day in Denmark with some winter sunshine. That sunshine affecting Sweden as well as the Baltic States. Some showers for western Finland but dry in the east. Windier weather with rain, sleet and snow arriving in the west of Norway.
Rain affecting northern Spain and northern Portugal today. Southern and eastern areas of Spain and Portugal should be fair with good spells of sunshine. It stays fine in the Balearics as well with more sunshine here. Much of Italy will be sunny and dry although rather chilly. A wet day in Greece with heavy rain in the south and east. rain too in western Turkey but drier to the east.
Cloud and rain in central and southern France. Dry to the north with some reasonable spells of sunshine to come here. There will be cloud and showery rain in the Low Countries although some more persistent rain in northern Germany. Poland will be dry with lots of sunshine and cool too. It stays cool in Hungary whilst some rain and snow affects Switzerland and Austria.
Rain and wind for the west of Norway, but fair to the north. Denmark will be wet with snow turning to rain. A cold day in the Baltic States but dry, and staying dry in Finland and Sweden too, although chilly.
