Fair Mediterranean with showers and rain to the north
A fair day in Spain and Portugal with plenty of warm sunshine. Staying fine and sunny in the Balearics as well as across Italy. Greece is going to be warm and sunny and it should be staying fair across much of Turkey, although thundery showers in the north.
A band of cloud and rain passing east through France with brighter and drier weather following from the west. Southern France stays dry throughout the day. Rain passes into the Low Countries and affects much of Germany during the day. Poland is going to be dry with sunny spells. Staying dry in Hungary and Austria although rain in northern and western Switzerland.
Cloud and rain affecting southern Norway and Denmark, the rain heavy at times. Scattered showers in the Baltic States with more persistent rain affecting Finland. Central and northern Sweden is going to be brighter with a few showers, although cloud and rain affecting the south. Central and northern Norway should be brighter with sunny spells here.
Fine weather persists in Spain and Portugal on Saturday. There will be more warm sunshine across the Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia and all of Italy too. Greece stays hot with good spells of sunshine and it is going to be staying warm in Turkey too.
France should have a fine day with good spells of sunshine. The Low Countries stay dry and it remains fine in Germany all day. Portugal will be dry and sunny. Austria, Hungary and Switzerland will be mostly dry although a few afternoon showers may break out.
Denmark is likely to be rather cloudy with some drizzle at times. It remains fair across Sweden and the Baltic States. More sunshine to come in Finland. Rain affects the far south of Norway but to the north it should be drier and brighter.
