Very warm central Mediterranean but some showers to the east

Showers across Spain and Portugal again today, most of them through more western and northern areas. Rain and cloud affect France with the rain being heavy at times. There will be more cloud and rain moving through the Low Countries and into western Germany, but the eastern half of Germany and Poland should be dry with lots of sunshine.
More sunshine to come across Italy and western Greece, although the east of Greece will be cloudy and wet. Cloud and rain through Turkey, most in the west where some of it could be heavy at times.
A fine day for the Baltic States and Finland. Sweden is going to be dry with more sunshine to come here. Sunny and dry in Denmark and the sunshine continuing through Norway, although it will be feeling cool here.

Cloud and some outbreaks of rain passing through Spain on Saturday. Showers will be following into Portugal. eastern Spain should be staying dry with sunny spells. Cloudy and wet over much of France with some heavy and thundery rain affecting more southern areas. The Low Countries should be mainly dry, although cloud and some drizzle affects Germany. Poland should be dry with sunny spells.
Italy is going to have a very warm day with lots of sunshine and dry conditions. It should be dry through Greece and warm here too. Heavy showers over the Turkish mainland and these extend into Bulgaria and Romania too.
High pressure in Scandinavia brings fair weather here with sunny spells. It stays fine through Finland with more sunshine, with Sweden being largely dry with sunny spells too. Some heavy showers in northern Norway, but the south should be dry.
