Fine across Scandinavia

Fine and dry today across the United Kingdom. Expect a very wet day across much of France with outbreaks of rain, this looks to be quite heavy, especially in the south east. Lots of warm sunshine to come across Portugal and Spain today and dry across the Balearics as well. Rain is expected across Sardinia and Corsica with heavy, frequent and thundery showers expected across much of Italy and across into the Czech Republic, the former Yugoslavia into Greece. Dry with sunny spells across Turkey, Bulgaria, and up through Romania, Poland and much of Germany and elements. Expect some scattered showers today across the Baltic region and across the Ukraine. Some heavy showers across northern parts of Russia. It settled across much of Scandinavia with sunny spells across Norway, Sweden and Denmark and also Finland. It will be very warm across central and eastern parts of Europe today. Fine across Belgium and the Netherlands with sunny spells.

Warm and dry with sunny spells across Britain today. Fine across western and southern parts of France but expect some rain in the east. Continued very warm long spells of unbroken sunshine across Portugal and Spain and across to the Balearics. Heavy spells of thundery rain are expected across southern parts of Italy today with showers in the north. Western parts of Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, the former Yugoslavia and Greece will also see some heavy showers. Eastern Turkey will have some showers but the west will be dry and sunny. Heavy showers are also in the forecast for the Ukraine with a few across Romania, Bulgaria, most of eastern Germany, Poland, Belarus, the Baltic States and Russia will be fine, dry and very warm. Long sunny spells will prevail from Finland across into Sweden, Norway into Denmark. There is a risk of some heavy showers across Belgium and Holland today.
