Rain and showers central and northern Europe but mainly fair to the south
Outbreaks of light rain across northern Spain on Friday. For the rest of Spain and Portugal the day should be fair with sunny spells. Remaining mostly fair in Majorca and Ibiza as well as Corsica and Sardinia. Showers for Italy, heaviest in the north whist Greece may see some showers in the west too. Fair for much of western Turkey although colder and more unsettled in the east.
Breezy and unsettled in much of central Europe. Periods of rain and showers in France and Switzerland, although Germany will be bright with sunny spells and a few showers. Poland will have further showers, some of them heavy and falling as snow. Austria and Hungary should be dry.
Bright for Denmark, although some showers in the west. Snow for the Baltic States, although Finland will be dry with sunny spells. Mostly fair in Sweden with just an odd shower here. Showers or outbreaks of rain affecting southern Norway but fair and dry to the north.
Cloud and some outbreaks of rain across northern Spain again today, but most of Spain and Portugal should be staying fair with sunny spells. A few showers in the Balearics and across eastern Italy, but overall western Italy should be fair. Showers affecting Greece, especially the west with Turkey being dry with plenty of sunshine throughout.
Heavy rain affecting much of France with strong winds to the west. Sunshine and showers for northern France and the Low Countries. Germany and Poland will have a mix of sunshine and wintry showers too. Hungary and northern Austria are likely to be cloudy with sleet and snow, with Switzerland being wet with rain, sleet and snow too.
Denmark is going to have a mix of sunny spells and showers, some of them heavy. The sunshine and wintry showers theme continues in the baltic States, with Finland see some heavy snow showers. The snow showers also affect southern Sweden but it should be dry to the north. Chilly with wintry showers for Norway.
