Fine weather across the south of Europe, but cloud, wind and rain to the north

Wednesday
High pressure brings a fine day to much of Spain and Portugal, although there will be some cloud and spots of rain in the far northwest. Rain affecting northwest France too, and some strong winds here. Central and southern France should be dry with sunny spells. More cloud, wind and some rain across the Low Countries and northern Germany. Central Germany will find the cloud breaking and a few sunny spells coming through. Broken cloud through Poland after morning drizzle clears east. A fair day to come through Switzerland, Austria and Hungary with sunny spells here.
For Italy the day is going to be fair with some good spells of sunshine and it should be fair over Greece too. A few showers for Crete with Turkey and Cyprus being dry with more sunshine. Fine through Bulgaria but some cloud and rain in Romania.
The baltic States start bright, bur then cloud and rain spread from the west. inland should stay dry, although the sunshine turning hazy here as cloud increases. Cloud and rain, some heavy through southern Sweden and Denmark. Heavy rain and strong winds across the south of Norway too.

Thursday
Some broken cloud and a few spots of rain through higher parts of Spain and Portugal. heavier showers across the north of Spain, and these showers extending through western and northern France too. More wind and showers to come across the Low Countries and northern Germany as well as Poland. Cloud and some outbreaks of rain affect southern Germany and Austria, as well as Hungary. Switzerland is going to have a few showers.
Cloud and some showers across the northern third of Italy, these merging to longer periods of rain at times. Central and southern areas of Italy will be dry with sunny spells. More sunshine to come through Greece and Crete as well as Turkey and Cyprus. Fair through Bulgaria and Romania with more spells of sunshine to come here.
Cloud and some rain sweeping eastwards through the Baltic States and Finland. A breezy day but mainly dry for Sweden, although strong winds and heavy showers will trouble Denmark and Norway.
