Best in southern Spain

Today
Breezy but a mainly dry day to come across England with sunny spells and just a few showers in the west. Outbreaks of rain across France, Belgium and Holland will be replaced by an afternoon of sunshine and heavy showers. Feeling quite chilly today as well. Rain is expected across much of Germany, Denmark into Sweden and across into Poland, Belarus and the Baltic States. Not quite so cold across Russia today with sleety rain rather than snow. There will be some snow today across Norway and Finland but not too heavy. A better day across Spain today with most areas dry and sunnier though some rain or showers will affect the far north. A few showers are likely across the Balearics with rain into Corsica, Sardinia and later northern parts of Italy. Southern Italy will be fine and dry. More unsettled across Greece today with rain and showers and wet too for Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary while Turkey stays fine and dry.

Sunday
Largely dry with sunny spells across the United Kingdom today. A number of sharp showers are forecast across the western half of France with the east fair and dry. Rain is likely across Denmark with Germany dry but mostly cloudy. Dry as well for western Poland but an area of rain across Sweden is to extends south into eastern Poland, the Baltic States, western Russia, Belarus into the Ukraine, Romania, Hungary and the former Yugoslavia. Some heavy showers will affect Greece, Bulgaria and western parts of Turkey with eastern Turkey dry and sunnier. Rain is forecast for Portugal and the north of Spain with the rest of Spain dry. Some heavy showers will be found around the Balearics and across Sardinia, Corsica and much of Italy today.
