Fine and warm across the Balkans

Today
Rain soon clears England with a few showers to follow. Cloudy with rain expected across northern France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Norway. The rain looks heavy in places. Sunny and dry across southern France. Northern Sweden will be cloudy with light rain with the south fair and dry with some sunshine. Some heavy showers for western parts of Germany with the east dry. High pressure in the east will give much of eastern Europe settled condition. Lots of dry weather with sunny spells from Russia into Belarus, Poland, Austria into the Czech Republic. Lots of sunshine as well across the Ukraine, Hungary, the former Yugoslavia into Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. Some rain to come across Finland with showers across the Baltic States. Apart fro a few afternoon showers, a dry day to come across Italy. Lots of very warm sunshine is expected from the Balearics into Spain and Portugal.



Wednesday
Rain across Scotland with a dry day for England. Lots of heavy showers are forecast across France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark into western and southern parts of Germany. Eastern Germany may remain fair and dry for most of the day. Windy but dry across southern France. Cold across Norway today with sunny spells. Sunny too across Sweden. An area of heavy rain and heavy showers are expected from Finland into the Baltic States through Poland, Austria into northern Italy and the Alps. Dry across most of Russia, Belarus into the Ukraine, the Czech Republic, the former Yugoslavia, Hungary, Greece, Romania and Turkey. Lots of warm sunshine to com across Italy westward into Corsica, Sardinia, Spain and Portugal.
