Tuesday
A windy day across Scotland with gales in the far north and across Shetland. Scattered showers will affect western parts of Scotland, otherwise dry across Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland today with sunny spells. Dry across the southeast of England as well this morning. Cloudy with some patchy bits of rain and drizzle to come across Wales and central parts of England this morning. This moves into the south during the afternoon. Expect top temperatures of 16 to 24 Celsius.


Tuesday Night
Light rain and drizzle in the far south of England during the evening will continue to push south, clearing all but perhaps Kent in the night. Still a few showers to come for western Scotland and it will remain quite windy. The rest of the country will be fair and dry with clear spells. Expect minimum temperatures of 6 to 11 Celsius.


Wednesday
With high pressure now in charge, most of England and Wales will enjoy a fine, dry and mostly sunny day. One or two isolated showers will affect Northern Ireland with scattered showers across central and western parts of Scotland. Eastern Scotland should remain dry with sunny spells. Any early showers this evening and western Scotland will fade away. Most parts of the country will have a fair, dry evening and night. Expect high temperatures today of 16 to 20 Celsius.


Thursday
On Thursday weather front may push some rain into the far north of Scotland in across the Northern Isles. It becomes windy again across northern Scotland with strong gales again expected across Shetland. Going south, the winds become lighter, and it will be dry across the rest of the country with sunny spells. During the evening and night that area of rain pushes down across Scotland and into parts of Northern Ireland, becoming light and patchy. Clear across England and Wales with some fog patches developing before morning. Expect temperatures today of 15 to 20 Celsius.
