Friday
Increasingly windy across England and Wales today with gales developing in the south west. Outbreaks of rain are expected across western Scotland, Northern Ireland, western Wales and western England this morning and looks heavy across south west England. Eastern areas will be mainly dry. In the afternoon this heavier rain is expected to push into most of Wales into central and southern England with showers across Scotland. Expect top temperatures of 16 to 20 Celsius.


Friday Night
A windy evening across England and Wales with an area of heavy rain across North Wales, northern England into East Anglia, This will be followed by heavy showers in the south. Overnight it looks cloudy and breezy for most areas with rain and showers. Heavier rain is forecast for Northern Ireland and northern England. Expect minimum temperatures of 11 to 14 Celsius.


Saturday
Windy today and cool. Persistent and heavy rain may affect Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales while the rest of the country has lots of heavy showers and limited amounts of sunshine. This evening turns drier but rain may persist across eastern Scotland and northern east England before clearing tonight. Most parts of the country will be dry in the night with decreasing winds. Expect high temperatures today of 14 to 19 Celsius.


Sunday
A drier, less windy day with more in the way of sunshine. But some showers are expected across the country, mainly across Scotland and northern England where a few could be heavy. By evening the showers will have died out with all parts of the country staying dry in the night with clear spells. Expect temperatures today of 14 to 20 Celsius.
