Sunny spells and dry, but make the most of it
Good morning, Well it's back to the drawing board today as the summer of 2012 returns to form! Low rpessure is developing over the British Isles and is going to be pushing a band of rain northwards through all areas. This is going to be heavy at times, especially across East Anglia and northern England.
A further area of heavy rain will be spreading east through Ireland, then into Wales and western parts of England into the afternoon. This then spreads eastwards through the evening. Note that there is the potential for some very heavy periods of rain across Wales, parts of southwest England and the Midlands in the afternoon. The winds incvreasing to become near gale force here later in the day.
In Scotland most of the rain will be through southern areas with the north probably staying mostly dry until the evening. Turning increasingly breezy through Scotland.
Have a great day.
