Morning Call - June 18, 2012
Early rain clearing
Scattered showers

Issued: 0530hrs Monday 18th June 2012
Duty forecaster: John Ejdowski

Staying unsettled this week

After heavier overnight rain, early rain across eastern parts of England should move away quite quickly this morning. This will leave the country in a day of sunny intervals and scattered showers. Still on the cool side for June with top temperatures of 14 to 18C.

Scattered showers soon clear early this evening. Rain comes to northern Scotland tonight but a dry, mostly clear and chilly night to come for much of the country. Lows of 6 to 9C.

If you're heading abroad, eastern parts of Europe into Greece and Turkey look hot and sunny..
