Morning Call - June 23, 2018
Fine and Settled
Rather Cool

Issued: 0530hrs Saturday 23rd June 2018
Duty forecaster: Matthew Hugo

High pressure continues to build into the UK maintaining fine and settled conditions across many areas but still rather cool.

Good morning,

It's a cool start to the day across many inland areas, especially in the countryside but many areas are dry with bright or sunny spells. Further sunny spells are forecast through the rest of the morning but cloudier periods will also develop.

Through the afternoon and no significant changes are forecast with some further bright or sunny spells for many areas but still with areas of cloud coming-and-going at times too. Pleasantly warm in the sunshine but, otherwise still a rather cool and fresh feel to the weather for the time of year.

Into Saturday evening and temperatures will soon drop away again after a pleasant evening with sunny spells. The rest of Saturday night will then be dry with clear spells and variable cloud.
