Gales, heavy rain Wednesday
Watch out for some heavy and prolonged rain across western parts of the country today and this moves into central and southern England in the afternoon. Not too much rain in the far east of Britain today. Expect highs of 17 to 21C.
The evening any rain will be found in the north with the south becoming dry. We may see a good deal of low cloud developing across England and Wales in the night. Lows of 12 to 16 Celsius.
If you're heading abroad, the best of the weather will be found across the Mediterranean Region.
