Continued Unseasonably Cool

Today outbreaks of persistent and sometimes heavy rain will affect north eastern parts of England along with Scotland. The rest of England and Wales should have a better day today with sunny spells and occasional cloud and just the odd shower. Expect top temperatures of 8 to 15C.

The rain and showers will have cleared by early evening and then overnight, it looks to be mainly dry and mostly clear which will allow it to turn quite cold with some pockets of frost. Lows of 0 to 3C


If you're heading abroad, Spain will be hot and sunny with northern Europe unsettled.
