A milder day with sunny spells for most after mist and fog clears
A change taking place in the weather through today as milder air arrives. There will be some mist and fog patches in the next few hours across northern England and Scotland, as well as Northern Ireland and parts of Wales. Increased cloud in the south of England and Wales, but this breaking to allow a few bright spells to come through.
This afternoon sees the mist and fog in the north having cleared to leave some reasonable spells of sunshine, especially in the west. It is likely to become brighter in southern England and Wales too with any cloud breaking up and sunny spells forming. Feeling much milder than recently too.
