Elsewhere across Scotland, Wales and England dry though rather cloudy for the afternoon and into the evening with some sunshine where cloud breaks. Continuing dry with variable cloud overnight temperatures generally 2 to 4C with widespread ground and patchy air frost where skies remain clear across Scotland into northern England Cumbria to Northumberland, Welsh borders, Shropshire to Avon, Berkshire to Dorset with temperature near 0C
