- Central, Tayside & Fife (Amber)
- Highlands & Eilean Siar (Yellow)
- Orkney & Shetland (Yellow)

Rain is expected to spread from the west on Thursday night, becoming heavy and persistent across the northeast of Scotland during Friday. This may well lead to some flooding in places with disruption to travel.
