Issued: 15:22hrs Monday 19th February 2018

Matt: Misty and damp conditions continue this evening and overnight, but will, eventually, become restricted to more eastern areas of England through into Tuesday morning as a cold front introduces cooler, clearer conditions into many northern and western areas tonight.

Issued: 07:58hrs Monday 19th February 2018

Matt: Cloudy and damp start to the new working week for many areas, but especially across more eastern areas of the British Isles where light or locally moderate rain or drizzle is present. Some extensive low cloud and hill fog present too. A mild start though.

Issued: 12:06hrs Sunday 18th February 2018

Matt: Much of England, Wales and Scotland remain predominantly dry, albeit with a lot of cloud but with some cloud breaks too, especially E England where there are some sunny spells. Issued: 08:02hrs Sunday 18th February 2018

Matt: Fair start for most, quite chilly with some slight frost in places too. A case of east is best today, while the west is wettest with some light rain and drizzle across western areas of the British Isles, while fine weather, with some sunshine persists across eastern areas of England especially.

Issued: 14:35hrs Saturday 17th February 2018

Matt: Rain moves into Ireland and other western areas of the British Isles overnight, but with much of England, Wales and E Scotland having a dry night with clear spells and quite chilly with some frost expected, especially across more eastern areas of the British Isles where skies are clear for longest.

Issued: 12:28hrs Saturday 17th February 2018

Matt: Some patchy rain and showers moving down into the Midlands and E England, while a few showers are present further north and west. Otherwise, emphasis is on a lot of dry weather this afternoon with bright or sunny spells, these prolonged at times and not feeling as cold as of late either.
